Refund & Cancellation

  • DOON GOOSEBERRY FARM does not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
  • In case of damaged product, spoiled product, Missing product Doon Gooseberry Farm needs to be notified of the discrepancies with unboxing video within 3 days from the delivery date via email to doongooseberryfarm@gmail.com.
  • In the email, order number, Invoice, clear images (2 outer box image, 3 clear images of the damaged product) or video of the product to be shared.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.
  • Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
  • Since all our products are organic, free from artificial colors, preservatives and are handmade in batches in order to preserve its nutritional value there will be variance in taste, aroma, texture and color.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

  • Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details.
  • Orders once placed through doongooseberryfarm@gmail.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through doongooseberryfarm@gmail.com.
  • We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
  • Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers.
